New Others Part One was great, but I believe Part Two surpasses it. Clubs is an outstanding track, but the build up in Provoke is everything. Loved the surprise release!
Favorite track: Provoke.
In the Treeeees
Another one so soon? My heart can only take so much crushingly good music at a time. A beautiful sequel to Part One. These songs really show the band reaching for new ways to stretch their sound while still maintaining the aspects of it that captured me a dozen years ago.
Favorite track: Clubs.
Those Who From Heaven to Earth Came
Both familiar in fleeting moments, and yet incredibly different. I have always found it awe-inspiring how TWDY have continuously found a way to evolve from album to album. Fav. Track: Pt.1 / Weeping Window Pt.2 / Clubs

Very moving work. I love the earlier albums, but I must say the instrumental is WLTS's strong suite. This must have been a very difficult album for the band to make. The emotion is almost tangible as you listen. Creating such emotion without lyrics is a testament to the musical talent of the band. Good work gentlemen. Keep it up.

A deeply effecting post-rock LP layered with the pensive zen-hauntings of Max Richter, richly layered ambient frames, and warmly shimmering post-rock billows. The LP is a reflective elegy, a long look back and a tremendous LP. brantly

A return to the core power and emotion that defines MONO. Not to say that the last few releases haven't been great, but this feels like the original albums that got me hooked (You Are There, One More Step). Eric Gedenk
